WHAT IF THE ITEM I HAVE ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
In the rare case that your selection is out of stock, you will be intimated about the next available date. If the date is not suitable, you have the option of changing the selection or canceling your order.

Subject to goods being in stock and geographic condition of the city, shipping across India typically takes 4-5 working days.
HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
You can modify your order during the shopping process by editing your shopping cart. Once you confirm payment, the only way to change your order would be to cancel before the order is shipped and place a new order.

Once the order is shipped, a cancellation cannot be accepted. Any order requiring special production cannot be cancelled.

CAN I SHIP DIFFERENT ITEMS IN MY ORDER TO DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESSES?
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different addresses, please treat these as separate orders.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns only for defective goods or those which are damaged in transit when ordered through our online store. You can also return an item if the order has taken more than 10 days to be delivered from the promised date of delivery.
CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT AT A D'DECOR STORE?
Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned at any of our retail stores.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY RETURNED PRODUCTS?
When a return is approved, a refund will be credited to your D’decor account in form of a credit note. A refund confirmation will be sent to your email address.
I HAVE RECEIVED A CREDIT NOTE. HOW CAN I REDEEM IT?
To redeem your credit note, key in the code at check out. If the value of your purchase is higher than the value of the credit note, you can pay the difference with any of our payment methods. You will need to use the full amount of the credit note in a single purchase. Please note that you cannot redeem the credit note at any retail outlets.
